Saint-Amand definitely could use more passing, and more passing would help his U21 chances in the future. I think it makes sense to train it for awhile.

up to what point? respectable?

Are you a part of the offsite forum? Go look at what the players on the previous U21 team's skills were. You are probably looking at needing about strong-proficient if you want him to be a SG. It depends though, if he is a stud in other skills, he might get away with only having respectable passing. The order which you do this doesn't really matter though. As long as his passing is up by the time he turns 21, he'll be fine.

Well i was just checking out every prospect on both lists(guards and big men) and while the race for the guards seems pretty close, David Castro seems to be running away with it on the big mens side, does he look like a player who could crack the team as a 20 year old? Glenn Richards-esque?

Yes, Castro could make it as a 20 year old, depending on what the 21 year olds look like next season. I don't think Castro is a lock to make it at 20, but he does have a pretty good chance I think.

excuse me mogul but why is Itzik Refuah above Nicolas Pariseau and Tommy?

dont take this question the wrong way, what i am trying to say is what is it about Itzik that makes him a higher rank? I trust your decision but i would like to know :D

When you refer to Tommy, is that the Tommy that you are training? If so part of the answer is potential, plain and simple. It is pretty rare that a star potential player makes the team, if trained right they should cap prior to the end of their 21 year old season.

The ranking list is fairly rough, and the order for Refuah and Saint-Amand could easily be switched. They are both around #10 right now in any case, and could be listed a little bit higher or lower for various reasons. I put Refuah a bit higher partly because of potential (which serves as a tie breaker of sorts). Another reason is that I think Refuah has a slightly better projection (in terms of possible training / development going forward). Again, though, the prospect list is just meant to be a rough indicator of who some of the best prospects are in a given age group.

Thanks for the answer and I believe you are right but Tommy would Cap around 44k salary which should be more than enough to make U21 :D but i dont think it would be for him to stay on there for a while
