Star potential is fine, driving training is fine; this thread is going way off-topic.

What strikes me more than anything is that the first two guys are gonna be lagging way behind the third guy when it comes to range. So while you're getting that OD up, you should probably also think about sprinkling in some outside shooting here and there. I'm not anyone who should be giving advice about "how" to train guards, but be sure to rotate your training around and you should be fine.

On a side note, I like the levels of SB on both of the 18yos, but that's probably just me

Thank you I'll be sure to read bout that later on, also I didnt want to reply to everybody 1 by 1, but does everybody agree I should do JR instead of JS? Ik it also trains JS but just making sure everyone is thinking same thing, also I got some ideas from other people and some people had told me to just go to OD till everyone is 10, 11 or 12 at it, but do u guys think i should just keep rotating?or just do OD all the way?

The problem with training JS with three trainees, is that there is no one position training for Jump Shot. Is the solution then to waste half your training, add a little JS to your non-trainees or just train Outside Shooting (JR)? I'm not sure.....

I usually try to train it on the weeks where one of my trainees will have suffered a game injury and I can't get them full minutes unless I switch to 2position training.
Also depends on who else you have as your non trainees and if they might still benefit from the occasional JS training.

If I have to train jump shot or 1 on 1, but I have only three trainees because of one position training, I normally do this:

Buy allstar-perennial allstar 18 year olds with good skills except jump shot and maybe handling/driving. Include all three in training and sell them when you stop training on two positions.

I had a lot of success with this kind of training for one of my trainees. It's true I spent last season two position training also passing and OD, but anyway; I bought him at start of 14th season for 80k and sold him two days ago for 352k. Starting salary was around 4.700.
