My player: (26109918), go on season 12 that he was playing as a PF, with 1 on OD. His foul rate was 1 foul every 7,15 min, and against teams that they where running outside tactics with good JS at PF, that number was even worse.

On the 13 season the same player playing this time as a C, 1 foul every 9,25 min. Same rate for the 14 season, 9,03 for this. For me its a huge improvement. My PF with good OD, doesnt have any foul troubles at all, except some occasional game, but thats expected.

The good thing here is that PA training is not dependable on height.

What? Do you have a proof? So a PG with 6'00'' trains equally fast at passing as a C with 7'11''?? I don't know if that's true, it's same as saying said PG would train Inside shot or Shot blocking equally fast as the C...

As a Cyprus NT coach i am following several players, and from what i saw the statement is correct. Actually tall players are getting trained slower only on OD/JR

About the 2nd part, actually since i discover that, i feel that is very fair. Just count how many skills you can train on the PG/SG, and then do the same for the PF/C. Plus that training OD, you train ID too, but ID doesnt train OD.

My player: (26109918),

This player doesn't exist. I'm trying this one (2610918). Nope, him either. There's not a single player in your team whose ID# ends in 918.

Anyway,
... go on season 12 that he was playing as a PF, with 1 on OD. His foul rate was 1 foul every 7,15 min, and against teams that they where running outside tactics with good JS at PF, that number was even worse.

Wait, that's proof? So he moves from PF to C and instead of averaging 5-6 fouls per 48 minutes, he now averages 4-5 fouls in the same span?

It sounds to me like your player is "aggressive."

Damn, just when you think you know everything about training...

Well, I guess it's not that hard to train it for inside players. When training PA on one position, you place the C on PG spot in a scrimmage, while in defense you put him guarding a C or PF so he doesn't foul out.

Oh i am apologize, i was in hurry when i was writing my post. Thats the correct link: (6895165)

Indeed my player is aggressive but 6,7 per 48 to 5.1 is a really big deference, and that some times means win or lose one close game.. Also somehow you have to explain it right? Aggressiveness is not the answer for everything, rather an excuse. Its just 1 part of the foul problems. Take on your account as an NT coach i have lots of data to backing up my statement.

I'll group the skills in tiers

1. IS, ID, Rebounds
2. SB, PA, JS
3. DV, HA, OD
4. JR

IS, ID and Rebounding are absolutely necessary. SB, Passing and JS give your C more versatility and while not absolutely necessary are still quite beneficial. Driving, Handling and Outside Defense are nice to have, and Jump Range is almost useless for a C.

can we see this 21yos skills? starting training at 21yo is usually not the best idea unless the player is already quite developed.

Obviously you don't have a clue my friend

JR is MUCH more importan than DV and HA,and quite important itself..
