Bonjour, je me présente, je suis propriétaire d'une équipe en 5ème division française.
J'estime, que le potentiel de cette nation est énorme, et qu'en cas d'implication de la plupart des managers luxembourgeois, nous pouvons arriver à quelque chose de grand, de très grand même. L'objectif serait, durant mon mandat, gagner une dizaine de place au classement BB. Avec le potentiel qu'il y a dans cette nation de basket, je pense que c'est objectif est réalisable. Largement réalisable. Comptez sur moi pour aidez à former les jeunes joueurs, c'est ma grande spécialité. Si nous avons un effectif correct d'ici 5 semaines, le reste suivra et vous pouvez me croire amis luxembourgeois.

Hello,

My name is Yannick, I’m 33 years old and I‘m a surveyor near Paris. I have always liked to play management and strategy games like Football Manager or Civilization and especially chess which I played during many years in competition.
I have been playing BB for four seasons, which is certainly not much compared with other managers but there’s a French quotation that says that value does not wait for the number of the years! So, I play now in fourth division in France and I have just lost in semi-final, not a bad job given that I form 4 very young players.

Why did I choose Luxembourg NT ?
In order to discover another aspect of BB and improve my skills, I decided to manage a NT.
To optimize relations with managers, I looked for a French-speaking country and when I saw Andy Schleck’s acceleration in Telegraphe’s pass I said: I want to coach Luxembourg of course !
More seriously, let’s talk business, Luxembourg is a kind of challenge, becoming the first head-coach to win an official game with this NT will be an honour for me! This season, in the European Championship and its incredible level, it will be too hard, but next season in the comforting, it will be possible !!

My program :
In order to reach my goal, which is the first victory of the NT, I will proceed as follows:
1- Make a selection with players who are still trained by their managers and who will attain their best level next season! (the key is to motivate the managers with Luxembourg players to continue the training even after 21 years)
2- Bet on complete players with nice secondary characteristics, I will give priority to defence also because I think defence is the way to victory for modest teams like Luxembourg.
3- Make audacious tactical choices to beat better teams, we must surprise them, so I will study each to realise the more suitable composition! (Excel is my friend!)
4- The key to survival is communication ! So I will speak about the team, with managers, with Soren the U21 coach and with malaken boss, the current NT coach !!

So, I’m open to anything, but in my opinion, the ideal rooster is composed of 15 players, with for each position, one player turned towards inside attack, one turned towards outside and one less specialized but more complete.
So I have made a shortlist of 40 players:

Of course, it is not the final list, without characteristics it’s not easy to refine…

In conclusion, I’m not going to lie I am not saying I will lead Luxembourg to world championship title, but I can bring my motivation and my experience to make this team better on long term, knowing that it invovles training our best young players !!!

I am an amazing canidate, I have creatd an all star team out of scrubs in my first season. They got promoted creating an incredible season 21-1. Please give me a chance people of Luxembourg. I can make this team great again, I can find greatness in every team. I would like to thank you fo the oppurtunity of being in an election Please elect me I work so hard on buzzerbeater, spnding between 1-2 hours a day. I admire the country of Luxembourg and would be honored. My first step to fixing the team is developing the players comming out of u21. I will make this team great, I will start an incredible reign of wins, and I'm prepared to work as many seasons i need to so that this team can be good once again.
