You are too upset to have a discussion. Think about it later with a cool head, there are thousands of games played including NT games watched under increased scrutinity and you'd be alone to spot unexplainable misreadings of skills ?

You have a few preconceived ideas maybe. I have never implied you just had to take DR/HA into account. That would still be a rudimentary confrontation of skills and the GE is of sophisticated complexity in my eyes.
I don't claim I know everything there is to know about the GE, I clearly don't and I think anyone claiming it has most certainly a poor understanding of it. But from all the information you don't give, you show all you don't look at.
Layups have always been difficult to understand, they are different shots. I think you should first have different stats for layups and inside shots.

Many years ago I played basket with other guys with all atrocious skills ;-) And every or almost every shot was open ;-)
I know nothing about real basket but I know a little about basket in BB ;-) Tactics in BB aren't important.
As I said many times - comparision between NBA and BB is wrong. Only few NT or B3 matches can be compared to NBA. 99% of matches in BB should be compared to matches between children. And if You use this comparision everything is very realistic ;-)

Between two rants, you may want to make proper stats for your player, JS, 3p, layups, etc... in meaningful games, taking note of the offence used. That still wouldn't be enough for a perfect analysis but it's a start.

Quick glance at your player, he has a higher % at 3s than 2s, that's inconsistent with what you are saying and needs explanation.

Ok wait. I thought you were talking about the Italian player you have recently sold. All the guards you have sold recently have been in your team for only a few weeks.
Have you opened this thread for a player you have used for 10 games ?

The OP is GE is misreading JS, JR and IS. It's a serious issue not to point at lightly if only out of respect for the makers of the GE.

You have now embarked in a general rant and you are the one blaiming others.
Your numbers look wrong and you don't want to answer any questions regarding it.
So I am going to let you continue to rant alone as it looks like what you are looking for.

You are basing your assumption on how many teams/games? If you are basing this on your team only, then tbh your team is not stable enought to assume anything. I have an example where a player with 14JS, JR11, 12OD, GS7 demolished my player with 13JS, 10JR, 13OD, GS8 in the first quarter. Shooting lights out and scoring 30 points while my player scored 4. 2 shots were taken under the basket, one from the FT line, all others from further away. Players have the same exp + we had the same effort level and I had the upper hand in enthusiasm + I had decent enough ID compared to his IS (just to throw that in here aswell, although a large number of his shots came from outside). His PG was not exactly a exceptional passer either. So based on this one game, how broken is the game engine?, letting similar upper hands in JS vs OD be so different.
Playing this game some time now, I know that some games have surprising results (being the games which have the highest deviation compared to equilibrium/normal result). This is what basketball is about. Just like in real basketball, there are surprising results.
Before starting a debate with you concrete knowledge of how GE works you should have watched and analysed atleast 2 seasons of competitive games. 251057 games played weekly fyi. I'm guessing noone but BB's are able to analyse the GE...
