Never heard of a hard cap either, unless you consider a 15 weeks 1 pos training pop as not able to pop :P

PS.: That's a reasonable conclusion for me, but as far as I know there's no strictly hard cap

Tecnically, there's no roof on salary or trainning but the weeks needed are so much that is almost like it's capped.

For example: a full one position trainning for one pop with a 30 year old. You may do it, but it's not worth it. Like full team trainning on passing, you can do it... but no one does.
