@chilu: we don t have enough good players, nobody will train luxembourgish players.

Yesterday I was making a list of all good players with 18-19 years. This year our draft was very good and I think this is our future of Luxembourg.
In the next days I post the list of these players.

Hello!

I have also decided to run for the Luxembourg NT manager. You can find my presentation here: (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/forum/read.aspx?thr...)

I believe I have answered a few questions, but if you have some more, do not hesitate to ask me.

My first any only goal for the time is to start making a core for the NT, to get managers more involved and try to get people to train Luxembourg players. People have to understand that anything beyond this point at this time is unrealistic.

Also domestic managers have to know that if they have NT players their marketing revenue will increase significantly!
I want to revive the Luxembourg scene with more involvment with domestic managers and training planing like we have in Sloevnia.

Have a nice day

Also I would like for the few members who are active on this forum that you send a BB-mail to as much as possible Luxembourg managers to come and see the programs of the NT Candidates and Vote for the one they think can do the most.

I believe we can all together revive this team if we all cooperate..Your community can achieve a bigger boost if more users know that there is genuine interest in the NT.

There are a lot of candidates and a lot of choice. May the best one win!

For transparency purposes only: I will send a plea to manager Youngstars also.

What are your personal goals?(for Lux.)

In first, be sure I would like to do my best for this team to the begining to the final, but today I dont want talk about the team ranking because it's not the more important thing at the beginning. My main goal is working with the 28 luxembourg teams and attempt to increase this number cause it's not enough. If you want good players, you must have good team in luxembourg championship and for that you need more teams to have more players.
I think it's an important thing for the country's progress in BB and then in the progression of the national team.

Do you know to give advice to coaches how to train future NT prospects?

I think taht it's more than a evidence, a reasonable training target will be set early in the season that the player increase its capacites for the best of the national team of course but also and especially for the best of his personnal team.

What are you going to do, if you become the NT coach ?

It's too early to tell I will do this, I will do that, but with help from a team of some assistants we can build a short list of selectables players and work very hard on the scouting. Also young players, U21 or not, will be regularly integrated into the team to give them additional experience.

Our community is a bit of silent , so how will you improve the atmosphere here?

It's not a secret, a community is difficult to build especially if the team don't win many games, but communication is the key, and it's important to communicate a lot about the national team. Players presentations, reports from games or anything else, it's the less that we must have, of course it needs more things. but people like we tell stories about the players, about the team and the game and I think we can do that.

And finally, why do you want to get the job ?

After 10 seasons on BB, I'm always really motivate by this game and I think I'm enough serious to take in charge this team, of course it's a bis step for me but this additionnal challenge may be interesting. I choose Luxembourg because I haven't any experience in NT and it's to hard in France to be elcted so it's more easier in a Small friend country near mine, Luxembourg ... and I don't like big team, I like to buid step by step to create a good team.

Et je peux parler français pour les francophones!! (And I can talk French for frenchies)

Thank u for all.

Good Day to all the managers in Luxembourg!!!

Don't forget - the voting for the next national team manager ends tomorrow morning, so I call all who haven't voted yet - go and do it today.

I would like to remind you who I am:

I'm Gal, 31 years old from Israel. I'm playing the buzzer for a long time (since season 3) - more than all the other candidates, I am a very experienced player with a good knowledge on tactics and training.

So please vote for me, and let me help the national team develop and improve. I come with a lot of passion and will to bring the NT to success, and to develop a long-term national training program to secure the NT’s future as well.

Thank you all, and have a great day and a great season 19
