Hope you are better soon Revo. We certainly miss your analyses.

Joe, last year surprise of Mumu Boys was due to lots of luck, teams deciding to give away their game against me for a Cup win, other had important players injured. Actually, my aim is 6th place this season, although I could not yet figure out who will be behind me !
THat first loss against Liège was a disappointment, but I am not sure I chose the right tactic. I did not try out that one before, and it seems that my SG took too many shots at the expense of my star, Georgiev. Something to try out more in LP.
Good luck to all of you, may the best win.
Mumu

Dear all,

i'll announce it here, since this is the most read forum. I've had some mails concerning the NT ( about players etc) which i have not been able to answer, and for which now i don't have the time to answer right now.

I've suffered a food-poisoning on wednesday and have spent that evening and thursday in the hospital. My condition got worse on saterday, which means that i've had to undergo supplementary tests aswell as spent another night in the hospital.

for those who ahve NT palyers, their will probably be no merchandise this or next week, since i couldn't get a game for our NT. I'd like to appologize in advance. I'm going back to the hospital tomorrow and have set up line ups for the rest of the week. Once i've got more info, i'll let you know.

Hope to be back soon.

Revo

ps: if this health problem takes up alot of time, i will be asking the GM's to remove me as Belgiums head coach, so that someone else can do the selecting aswell as line ups, but more will be known on monday once i've got the results of the tests that were conducted on saterday.

hope you're already better revo, if not, I hope you will soon!

for your PS: it's not that easy. NT managers can't just be replaced by GMs, NT managers only are replaced if the NT manager got banned, or has cheated with elections. If a NT manager gets inactive, for whatever reason, it's bad luck for the country. The policy behind all that is that the people electing the manager should take good care when choosing one.
I'm not sure if there's health issues involved for an otherwise very active NT manager, but I'd guess they won't replace you , unless you (have to) quit the game altogether due to thos ereasons, and I don't think anyone would want that.
I think we all agree that it's better to have bad results, or even none at all with the NT until you are better, then to loose you altogether....

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

Since i can't pass on the NT job, it means i've got one more reason to recover as soon as possible. Joe and Angi will help me while i'm in this state.

to be more specific:
The food poisening seems to have triggered a bigger allergic reaction, but doctors can't seem to find what is triggering it. I've had several problems over the week, which have required me staying that the hospital for doctors to supervise it, in an attempt to find what the problem is... That and the fact that each time you get an Adrenaline shot which is far from enjoyable and ruins any sleep pattern that you have.

Anyhow, Joe will be helping out with the tactics ( in worst case scenario where i've absolutely got no time to study my opponent, i'll trust him blind folded on his findings and work from their) where as Angi will help out in following up a few extra players (mainly those who are very close to making the NT, aswell as those who just left the U21, who's managers i haven't been able to contact yet to my regret)

as for my BBBL season, well see where it goes. i'm in the red economic wise, but things could be much worse i suppose than what they are now.

Monday i will once again go to the hospital ( provided i can 'survive' the weekend without an allergic reaction. Food is only salade and Eggs, since those are one of the few products that i never seemed to have developped an allergic reaction in the past day's...) I sure hope those doctors will come up with some answers soon, cause i'm missing alot of classes at uni but most importantly, i'd like to have a decent sleep pattern (not being able to get any shut-eye until 4 in the morning cause of the adrenaline still rushing thru your body isn't exactly very amusing... especially not when you get to eat at 9 am and redevelop an allergic reaction on your food right after it, meaning new adrenaline and thus being awake again...)

i honestly thought it was 50-50 today... you without le quellec and with a bad game shape, but home ; and me without oriol but with a slightly better gs and enthousiasm. then your main inside offensive threat fouled out, and although van wemmel did too, i was able to carry on.

i must say i'm happy the way things turned out. of course it doesnt have quite the same taste as if i had beaten the great vottem of the previous seasons... but i'm satisfied ;)

...but 22 wins? come on, joe!

Very exciting start of season !

Coah Q did great to play normal in the champion's arena. Very impressive and important win (thanks to VW great performance 20pts-15rbds before being fouled out) ! Tuesday game vs Seatle will be very interesting.
(@ Joe -> Coach Q will not be able to make the perfect season because he has to come to the Tenebres Arena the 2012.03.24 :-) )

Also an impressive home win by Popotams, playing TIE.

In the first conference, Mumu and Phoenix are struggling (but it was predictable for the latter as he is rebuilding his team).
Inversely, Pokola keeps his perfect record by winning his home game playing TIE.
