I was thinking of not spending more than $75,000 on my next one. Does that sound good? This is my balance right now: $270,843. It's going to go up about $95,000, since I get 1 more manager bonus.

Sounds OK ,with expanding your stadium ,it takes time dont hurry.
If you're making your arena bigger is always good, but 1 step at the time.
I play for about 3 seasons now,my first seasons I only build some luxery seats and normal seats, not really a big thing.
This seasons I did invest much more ,almost 600k ,and now I have a arena just above 7000.
Now I have some cashflow and my plan is to increase my arena with 1000 every season. But it cost a lot of money just be carefull with it,if you do it teh right way then you will see it gonna work out fine.

Well, I'm going to focus on bleachers for this one. This is my plan; build 90-105 bleachers, build 5-10 lower tier, and 1-3 courtside. Then, when I pump 500k, I build more bleachers and lower tier. Then when I hit 700k, build courtside and luxury boxes. I want my next set to be ready before next seasons starts, like 10 days in advance, that's May 9th. So I got about 25 days to get them built. (a 22-26 day estimate)

I would be carefull with the bleachers, because if you lose some games they stay away ,they show up if you win games.
Lowers tiers and courtside ,they dont mind if you lose a game, and they show up anyway.
If you increase your arena ,you have to get them filled, thats very important..

I'm expecting to lose 1-2 games. But I am expecting this next set to be finished before the start of NEXT SEASON, it'll be a miracle if they can get it before the end of this season. I also expect the top three teams in my league to get promoted.Which leaves only one foe in my league, unless something happens. Risers, probably going to win. atlanta panthers, going to replace a bot team, dough boys, I expect them to go bot or form a new team. =iSmackNoobs, my only enemy.

Yeah, I'll probably get booted in the first round. But I can be those 8th seeded New York Knicks:) ( just kidding) Anyways I don't expect to get promoted till next season or the one after that. But I'll slowly build. My goal is to get to 6,000 or 7,000 by the end of next season. First, as my mentor said, he wants me to do training, pump some $$$, and build my Arena.

By the time you promote, your arena should definitely be around 7000 seats. When you promote, your fans will flock to your arena. I recommend building lucratively until then and setting your prices a little high to reap the maximum benefits. I sold out every game until the allstar break. Don't worry about players until your a little ways into your first season in D. IV and know what works and what doesn't in D IV. Also Manage GS and ENTH if you aren't already.
