I am so sorry that this has happened to you that someone who isn't even willing to debate the one person that shows some interest in the program has taken over and seems to be doing so little. I offered him a chance to show all of you what he has achieved, but it seems there is close to nothing. With his great mandate of 0 votes, his 0 actions seem to be appropriate. The problem is not what you ask, but how you ask.

There are few users in Ghana, everybody knows, so the work is not easy and not quick. If you don't understand this maybe you're not as good as you suppose.

Perhaps I was blunt and disappointed. I don't know what I suppose. Good luck with the team and I hope that you really are working hard to help Ghana that is the best thing I have heard yet.

To: The entire worthless clique that has been mismanaging Ghana U21 for the last season.

So I have been quiet for three months because like in some Soviet police state the managers here wont tolerate any questions or debate and just wish to keep silence on all matters to cover up their lack of effort and their failures.

What has happened?
* No activity on the forums.
* No evidence of any advice or help for local managers.
* No evidence of any players being saved even though they are now allowed to advertise them in the forums.
* A string of four losses in a row.
* The manager is too lazy to even organise a scrimmage, not one in the last season.
* The manager is too lazy to post a press release, not one ever.
* Ghana continues to drop in the ratings and now is sadly rated in the bottom 10 nations in the world.

No many managers with only 8 but nothing here to get them involved or posting. Bolivia isn't much bigger with 16 managers but we are ranked 39 in the world instead of 90. That is what happens when the manager just doesn't care.

Like a Stalinist police state I am sure I will get no answers to these questions and instead the situation will just continue until the players in Ghana realises how their U21 team is being short changed and vote these people out.

What I want to know the most is if you have no interest in running the team as shown by your lack of actually doing anything besides setting a lineup once a week why did you even run for the job and prevent someone that actually wanted to do it from being able to?

I wrote a post with the number of pops and some statistics, did you read it? A NT CAN'T BE BUILD IN A SEASON, it's not the first time I tell you this.
