don't listen to these guys...........OD is the way to go. Or Driving, but DON'T train IS. His IS is as low as it is...........and he already has horrific IS. So train eitherone of the guard skills............I'd say a coin flip between JS and Passing, up to you. OD is fine for now. Unless you want to train OD for the rest of the season that way he can be a better defender.....anyways, YOU decide what you want for your guard........we just do suggestions

There is a case to be made for what tough is saying, basically that you should try to improve his strengths rather than fix his weaknesses. But I would tend to agree with Wolph that IS is a very important skill, but it is also much cheaper in salary. So by training IS, you get more skills for the same salary, giving you a more cost-efficient player. At lower levels, being cost-efficient is extremely important.

Originally I started out in a similar situation to you, but after getting hammered my first go-round at the D.IV level, I had to relegate back to D.V and rethink my training and managing strategies. I've re-built my team around the idea of cost-efficient, well-balanced players at all positions, and it's worked out pretty well for me now in my current league. It's your call though. Like I said, a case can be made either way, so there's no real wrong choice for what to train.

lol tough. I dont disagree that he needs OD more at some point. Heck, he only has one guy to train right now, he could easily just train OD and some other single position training this season and worry about cross training and secondaries training next year. However, you don't know what you are talking about on the IS front.

And to answer whomever said no to JS for forwards and yes to direct IS, check the math, there isn't that significant a difference, except that he's hitting both JS and IS.

but.......IS is at 3..........chances it will ever hit 10 are slim..... nw don't get me wrong, U think he should Train Is.......but only until it gets to like 6 or 7.........I mean it'll take some time for IS to pop...........he can become a good secondary SG.........kinda like the Ye Huaien I showed you...just better.

He doesn't have to hit 10. If he trained relatively spread over the next 3 seasons, it would probably take 16 or so IS's to get it done, so the chances it will ever hit 10 if he wants it to can easily hit 100%.

I don't necessarily think it needs to hit 10 as a PG. I think he can get away with an 8 (would take 11 over the next 2.5 seasons to get it). he could if trained right have something like a 10/8/14/13/11/11 8/8. Those guys you cant find cheap on the market (most are million dollar listings)

I agree with you. Depeneding on how his training goes, i may try to get it to 8. I think it will be better to do that now while he is young so that his youth training speed offsets his height slowing it down a little. Then ill swith to and PA and Js and OD and all that

so now basically Rautin? (did I speel it right?)

train IS, agree with wolph.

Then do my plan second, get PA, driving, and OD up..............

leave JS for last since it'll be salar/potential eating, never want that.

Now I think we made a compromise that fits everyones requirements
