The prices you set for most of the players you are selling are too high.

It's incredible how many managers don't realise how important GS is...

is it true that a player should have 60-69 minutes per week?

I play my two league games like this

A/B/B
C/D/D
E/F/F
G/Trainee 2
Trainee 1

how would you set your lineup for the friendly game then? because A, C E and G should have enough minutes as well as my two trainees. but B, D, F still need some minutes, but not 48...any help on this?

I'll tell you what i'm doing.

Match 1 :
A/B/B
C/D/D
E/F/F
G/H/H
I/J/J

Match 2: (Depends on the minutes, x/y/x or x/x/y)
A/B/A
C/C/D
E/F/E
G/H/G
I/I/J

Then play b,d,f,h and j in the friendly game. I hope this will help you.

Have some scrubs on your roster to use as backups for B, D, F in the friendly.

No, purely for gameshape players need around 55 I believe. Anywhere between 48 and 65 is great. Add 5 scrubs, 3 to back up B, D and F in the friendly game and 2 to play 48 minutes at the other 2 positions.

Yeah all you need is high scoring on 4-5 players and then your set. As long as your playing bots and doesnt get any injuries. At least that seems to be the way many think.

Well, you have to remember to set your lineup, or at least make sure to note that you didn't so if you're ever asked about it, you can point out that you didn't set your lineup so it doesn't count.

Welp these guys seem to have covered most of the issues, GS and depth seem to be a factor for you. Other than that I don't really like your SF, he can shoot, but isn't a plus defender and can't move the ball either. So I'd look into picking up another SF.

And related to that, I think overall your team passing is too low. Trust me, taking open shots can really help, I might be the worst shooting team in my league, but because 55% of my shots are open I still do alright on offense. Just switching out your SF could be enough to fix this issue though.

I lied about the GS by the way, it looks like you've got that covered, but a little more depth never hurts. And I'd ditch the LI if I were you, neutral and outside offenses should get it done for you.
