There actually are many leagues that doesnt have a singel human managers.
Argentina D.5
Belgium D.5
Canada D.5
Chile D.4 and 5
Colombia D.4
Denmark D.4
Germany D.5 and 6
Estonia D.5
Spain D.6
France D.6
Hong Kong D.5
Israel D.5
Italy D.6
Hungary D.5
Philippines D.5
Poland D.6
Romania D.5
Slovenia D.5
Serbia D.5
Finland D.5
USA D.6

And several D2,3 and 4's to. some of those would probably be stupid to delete just in case as they dont take up a lot of space anyway. But a lot of the once i have listed probably never will see a human manager in them though.

Most of these probably only still exist to ensure everyone gets to participate in the Cup.

Not necessarily because the way it is set up you need a certain amount of teams for it to work. 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096, 8192.
Countries with one divisions have 16 teams, so thats fine.
2 Divisions: 80
3 Divisions: 336
4 Divisions: 1360
5 Divisions: 9552

So I think eliminating any division 6's would be able to reduce server workload and ensure every human team can participate in the cup.

Maybe, if the cup format was changed to the B3 format, but im not sure how many people would enjoy that.

Well the cup would still have everyone participate. Only that there would be a lot less bot teams in it.

As long as there were never more than 4096 active teams when the Cup draw is begun, no VI series would be required - that's the highest power of two that fits within the 5456 teams available in levels 1 through 5 combined. (1 + 4 + 16 + 64 + 256 = 341 total leagues, times 16 teams per league). I don't know if any nations were ever above that point in the past, though I do know Italia and Espana are within roughly 10% of that right now. But I also think they've said that the bot level games may not be simulated as in-depth and I am certain from looking over rosters in that level that they don't have training/GS updates.

Basically, though, the whole bot leagues thing as factors into server resources is an irrelevant argument either way. The appeal of private league games is that they occur on days where games are not normally occurring, so whether they had to simulate worthless bot games or not doesn't change the amount of server resources available on a current non-game day. The thing that would determine whether resources exist are what other processes might be running on those days - like economic updates on Monday. My best guess is even if there is some sort of maintenance going on each of those days, there probably is an avenue to open up for second PL games on one of those days, even if it's in a more limited window of times as compared to the times allowed for Friday and I think that definitely would be something that BB should definitely seriously consider - whether it just be a second PL or some sort of international supporter-only competition.

Five divisions have only 5456 available teams, so the cap on the number of human teams that can participate in a Cup in a 5 division format is 4096.

Eliminate the games in all of these league and I'm pretty sure that you would cut the total # BB games being simmed in half.

i think that 1 or 2 practice games every week will be the best move.practice between our players, without anyone can see the outcome, except us ofcourse.every manager will can try new tactics or players in other potitions etc.that means that everyone will learn their own team better, without anyone else know.if i try a diferrent tactic in my friendly game, anyone can see that.but in a training game, only me knows what happens.

The gap from Saturday to Tuesday between games bugs me.

Buy/train a U21 or NT player and you will have something to watch on Mondays also

I do have a 21 NT player. But the amount of people who can have someone in 21s Nt and NT is very limited.
