For formation i Think that one manager is enough to have a global vision.

For strategy i would like ton involve morocaan manager to discuss with me on an external forum. I would love to do it on BB-Forum but it won't be really clever :/

Anyway, i've good advicer in my BB's relationship^^

To talk with managers is very important for the NT, but I think to set the lineup is a staff task.
Also: I think a good staff is better than "having good advicer", and my staff has experience with U21 NT

No pro for experiment in u21 staff on my side : i've just 2 older french U21 team in my friend's list and 4 olders members on the french U21 staff. And, personnaly i'm very close of U21 french team since 8 seasons.

To me, it's important to involve morocaan community in strategical discussion. I think we have different way to see BB, what's not the fact of people of our own nation with who we discuss since long.

B31, you started to built something in Ghana, why do you want to change country now? That sounds very strange.

With only 8 users our experience started to be boring last season, so we decide to try a new challenge with a bigger NT to reach better results

And then Italia? ;)

I forgot tis point but if you elect me i would like to stay at less 4 seasons to follow fully at less one generation.

Al Maghrib is a small BB-country too. I have been coach of a small country in the past and believe me the challenge is exactly the same. 10 or 40 users, there are not so many differences.

Until the end you don't seem to be ambitious.

To manage Italian NT is a work, not a game :P

I agree with you, 4 seasons are the minimum number to see results, I'd like the same thing, too :P

We talk about 24 versus 126 draftees every season, not so many differences but It isn't the same thing.

I think every candidate for a 40 users NT isn't ambitious, with so few users the NT can win the continental tournament if the coach can do his job, and that's our goal in about 3 seasons, but a higher goal isn't possible.
