I knew I shouldnt have thought any more about the subject, but I did and as a result realised that I dropped closer to 3 mill last season that the 2 mill I previously calculated it out to be.

Might have been tempted to lose my cup game against the bot to chase Flags if it wasnt for the dire need to replenish the vault

Probably should have posted this in the ABBL thread, but how stuffed are the countrys rankings?

Akuma beats me in a finals series and has gone to the ABBL where he can if he wishes to, afford an expensive roster, and he is ranked 13 in the country.

HA gets beaten and drops millions of dollars doing so, is stuck in div 2 and probably wont be a serious contender, yet is ranked 5 in Australia.

Go figure

ranking is based on W/L record over the last 2 seasons from both league and cup games.

technically speaking, you could win all league games, win the cup, lose the GF for 2 seasons in a row, still be in Div II AND still be ranked number 1 in the world.

Akuma exited the cup earlier than yourself and season 22 had more losses than you. hence why his ranking is lower. (higher?)

Thanks for the explanation.

I dropped a winnable cup game last season to exit as well. Wish I could get some money on my team dropping in the rankings before they increase.


More interested in chasing Flags this season.

At some stage this season I just might line up my three most recent draftees in a game

rankings mean nothing.

they have no influence on the game/rivals/merchandise.... nothing. they are kinda pointless.

its more for your benefit really for the game.

but then again, so are flags. :)

Bad management on my behalf to "try" to be successful the last 2 seasons when training 3 youngsters.

Id have been better off tanking

but every1 in the abbl has 2 big things 2 be really happy about

I actually don't mind Sid and Bainsy, cause at least they are actively involve on the forums
