My SG is my best player, but now that I am reconsidering stats, purely scoring related, my SF beats him out. Passing/Rebounding/Defense my SG Is better and makes him a better player. I will look into motion, considering my pf has decent shot, but terrible range.

Would it be the safest bet just to use a matchup predictor after a couple of games to look at stats?

P.S. Mentioning Game Shape on the DMI after the reset having everyone at 7 GS now, so maybe its more accurate for this one week? Idk, i'm still learning.

DMI is particularly weird for this partial week between the S23 Finals and the start of Season 24's first week of games.
Friday morning, you will see a DMI update that reflects all of your players true DMI at the same GS of 7.
At that point, it will be relevant and can be used for comparing players.

Right now, it still has the DMI update from last Friday which incorporated last Friday's GS ratings, but it is lined up next to GS of 7 for everyone (since GS reset with the S24 roster update) so it truly is a Downright Mysterious Index until Friday AM.

3/5 of my starters have strong stamina(8). Is this enough to efficiently run ptb? Everyone elses stamina is lower. Or base offense seems better?

Your passing levels aren't that bad for D5. Replace your PF with a better passer and it might become a strength.

As for an offense? At first glance I should also suggest LI but experiment a little bit and you'll probably get your answer.

Inside shooting would be your best bet..

Just thought I'd follow up considering the advice I have received. Now we only have played two games, but its interesting results none the less.
Game 1. (59344678)
Against a weaker team,so my team converted about as well as expected for d5. PTB looked well getting my main scorers the ball and giving my PF his looks that make him play efficiently. Foreshadowing, check out Cardwell, my back up SF going 1-11 in only 18 minutes.

Game 2. (59344686)
I changed to outside iso and was playing my rival, and a better rank then me. This resulted in my SG getting plenty of looks to miss with. Again my PF had an efficient game, except his lack of rebounding which I expect a double-double every game. Back to Cardwell, 7-13 in 11 minutes. He shot almost everytime he touched it. Aside from him, my team moved the ball pretty good almost giving my C a triple-double. At least for my next league game, I'll look into Out Iso again. I felt like it complemented my team well. Except for my wanna-be Carmelo backup SF I was happy with shooting distribution even though my teams shooting performance was sub-par for 3/5 starters.

13 shots in 11 minutes worries me. The previous game he went for 1-11. His off games are OFF and his on games are average. I just think it's silly to jack up every time he touches is. I will admit, he was a factor in my win, but its just disconcerting when he shoots more than a shot a minute. He had 3 assists in the 594 minutes he played last season. He does have 1 passing though.. hmm. O well.

Exactly. He can't pass. So its either a) shoot, regardless of whether its a good or bad choice, or b) try to pass and probably turn it over

Train his passing or get someone better balanced.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

Kumiko, you know nothing. This is AMERICA where it is all about getting shots up and getting buckets! Stop trying to poison him with your silly Canadian friendliness of "passing".

I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.
