Okay thanks for the advice I was going to do inside shot/defense, one on one for forwards, and jump range the whole season. I think he should improve greatly

Be warned, training ID will be a very slow and painful process because he's short and already 24 years old. Those 2 pops might take all season.

Personally, I'd give him maybe 1 pop of ID and then move onto passing. Passing is significantly more important than JR IMO. Even players with high JR don't make very many 3's but it adds a lot of salary to the player.

Still, he's a very nice player.

I actually like that idea better of training passing over jump range thanks! And I know it will take awhile to get inside pops but I'm training two other big men any way so I mind as well throw him in to the training

He has plenty of room to cap and according to the crowd-sourcing project, 24 a year old gets 51% of the training that an 18 year old would.
