Wolph is quitting because there is no competition in micronations. I can't think of a better way to increase the amount of competition in smaller nations then to add second teams.

I like this idea much more than the second team idea. It's honestly beyond me why it hasn't been implemented yet.

I'd also like to revamp pro leagues and make a top flight continental league above each country's pro league, so champions get promoted, although this might be tough to organize.

Which isn't continental, rather worldwide, and doesn't work very well right now because teams in small nations often have an advantage. But yeah, something similar to B3.
