There is only spot available currently for bot promotion which is from the Gaians in III.7. I am fairly certain that is the only one, unless the Little Stallions of III.14 go bot before the season starts, which is unlikely.

I still wish you and I had promoted to the same D.III league, instead we have to wait until we both promote into the deathtrap that is D.II 4 haha.
