I would go about half a season of OD about half a season of PA and about half a season of 1v1 training. And during the All Star break I would probably do Stamina training, I like my players having at least inept or mediocre Stamina.
Then of course I would start training big man skills rotating between IS/ID/RB

Just out of curiosity, what are Paris Haas' skills on your team? You've had him for a very long time and it does not look like he has made much progress. He also looks very similar to the player that you are giving advice on.... If the way you train can only get Paris Haas up to a 8k salary after all those years is the same way you are asking him to train his player, then I don't quite support your opinion. I personally do not see a single player that you have trained efficiently that is on your team, so I don't think this form of suggestions and advice is your strong suit. Training FT does not decrease as he gets older so that point you made was inaccurate and when you "just put the areas down he should improve", that is not helpful advice because he'll probably assume you mean training those skills now. I apologize if I seem like I am being too harsh, but I think others that have posted in this thread all have more experience training players than you do and we are all giving similar advice that contradicts yours. Your entitled to your opinion, I would just not recommend spreading around advice on topics you do not know much about.

im not going to post skill because it a competing game and Im still in the cup here. but I had another player I sold and p hass skills are higher than his with lower price point. Played better too

Building a player toward a few tactic is a lower cost point. Jacking up a lot skill wont help you keep such player in this era of buzzerbeater while it good for the money its not good for your team. Not everyone can do that, create value.

but on topic awful rated ft is never good on any player. that why I said he should train it.. when ever he does that is on him.

What? I'm not sure what you are trying to say... Why is a player with a lot of skill points not good for your team? It is good for salary and for your team. I have a 27k SF with 105 skill points, and he is the key piece of my team, because he is so balanced and strong at all points. I don't understand how you can believe that "jacking up a lot of skills" is not good for your team.

As for the free throws, awful free throw shooting is not as bad as you believe it to be in my opinion. Thibault Mosse on my team has awful free throw shooting and last season he shot 22/30 (73.3%) from the line. Sure this isn't the best but it is certainly enough to get by and I would never waste a full training week on FT training, unless he had atrocious free throw shooting and was constantly getting to the line. In fact, I looked at this trainees season stats and he has not missed a free throw this season if you look. 2-2.

As in cost to keep, for a small ball club if they jack up the skill to fast, they cant keep him .they will have to sell which hurt their team.

my 19 yr conner has 6 in ft. 4-8 50%.. but he lack Is. limted minutes as well

So you are simply backing up everyone's position except your own then? Cool. That is precisely why everyone else was saying to train his secondaries and guard skills first so that he can get a more balanced and cheaper player, whereas you suggested to train big skills first, which would increase his salary quicker than anything else he could train. *Sigh* Please only give advice on things you understand to a better degree from now on, if you can.

You clearly didn't understand Mr. Glass' legendary training skills enough to realize he was talking about training Shotblocking for team, which would keep the salary from exploding. In the future, please only give advice on things you don't understand. ;)

He's looking for a starter not a back up. Again why direct it to my team or players, what in the hell they have to do with this, this is his player.. He is looking for starter not a back up.. why create a back up player when you need a starter and star player for the future to play right now. I don't see him crying about budget, You brought my player worth in whole new conversation and assumed it has something to do with his player being a star for his team not mines, and to train big man skills to start wont help his player.

He needs a star, Do you understand that point,!! if not I cant help you understand, he need a star and starter not back up a player with massive secondary skill to start and arguing with me about his budget when he didn't saying nothing about it.. I said that for me, not for him , he said not dang thing about budget ... ?? You think training seconds then primes wont increase his player cost. As matter of fact it way more expensive that training big man skills only to start ,because the more skill you have the more the player going to cost

This is why market is so full of crap players over priced players and some think training secondary to start will make these player any good. Its laughable The logic behind that, its just your person perspective view. Its a huge money grab

A big man is suppose to train big man skills, how in world can anyone here dang well dispute that. Why just why in hell would he need secondary skills to start he is not looking for a back up player. His budget Is not my problem. he wanted a star and starter. I gave him the advice if you don't like it then don't use it.

What ever advice you want to give him .Give it. But you dang well know a 7'0 tall player is suppose to train big man skill to start. him training secondary to start that player is not considered a starter he is considered a back up , unless he already been trained to position within the height//
