This has to be the weakest U21 "debate" of all time.

Voting is almost over. Vote for someone who will manage properly. (ie. knows how to use blank lineups when needed)

With the new "empty lineup prevention" game engine coming in the near future, any kind of previous experience could be fatal...

It was a scrimmage.
Anyways, people should vote for someone with sucess with their own team.
I have the best and V.A.W.T. is second.

Actually, I dont agree with that. Why would it prove fatal? It will still be dominant for at least a season and thats at LEAST half of the term. Manager HAS to know how to use it (or learn before first game of th season)

I agree with the statement about team results though......

I agree this is a pretty weak debate.

Personally my vote will go to someone who shows to know the game and understand it. I want my manager to want to win and understand not only the tactics to win but the training required to win.

Sparky I like you but I am terrible concerned that you are just doing as dad says. No offence but your run to the top has been heavily impacted by your father. He is a good manager and mentor for you however if this truly is the case why don't I just vote for him.

At this point I think both of the other candidates have equal or greater amounts of BB knowledge. Your lack of understanding regarding simple tactics has me worried, and yes I mean blank. Whether you like it or not, is not my issue it's the lack of understanding. The U21 team has a small margin for error so tactics are king. Please tell me what tactics is your favourite and why? Also curious to hear what the current crop of players are suited to play.

Other candidates please tell me something about your success in league play and why you play the tactics you play?

Thanks a lot, you said what I wanna say as well. beside,

Sparky help this forum a lot, thats something I need to consider.

Fwinns, I don't know much about him, hopefully he could tell us more.

Cletus and I on the same league, I don't really understand why he always use 5 players to play 48 minutes, I may question he really understand how to play or not!?

I am not enjoying league success right now because I have reloaded with a new team after some time away from the game.

I am training 3 young trainees, 2 Canadian, 1 of which has potential for NT years down the road but not U21 due to getting him with my created team half way into the season.

I play patient only to slow the game to limit chances of fouling out and injuries to the trainees.

All money after getting a trainer goes towards arena.

Success will come after time with league team, guaranteed.
