I am surprised that Rossner is in the transfer market while you have 2 injured bigs. Rossner and Medrano form quite a front court.

I am not sure what these awards mean but I would rather be awarded a league championship.

My utopia team could get to Div II before my main team to Div III.

I want an upgrade over Rossner for D3. He doesn't have enough secondary skill points for my liking. I doubt he'll sell at the price I'm listing him at anyway, and I'm not lowering it.

You say that like you will be in Div III next season. Your high payroll does put you on top of the power rankings.

That was a nice profit of $386k from the sale of Rossnor. You have been lucky in the past selling other players like Patton and Visconti. (Patton is injured for 3 weeks).

Your transfer balance is +$1.3k while mine is -$1.4k!

I do well considering my tight budget with a bunch of $20k players and the deepest bench in the league. My biggest purchase was for $295k and my biggest sale $250k!

I sold Patton on August 6th, so I don't see how him being injured on another team over 3 months later is relevant to me.

In all honesty, I sold Rossner not for the profit of the sale but so I can upgrade that position at a similar salary. Unfortunately, the depth of the transfer list has taken a hit, so the players I expected to target come with a higher price tag. On the other hand, that's why I was able to make such a good profit on Rossner. If I tried to sell him last season, I doubt he would've sold for more than $500-600k.

I told you before the All-Star break last season that I was absolutely going to win this season, so I don't know why my confidence is coming as a surprise to you, or why you think anyone besides me actually has a chance to win this season. "But injuries always happen..." Yes, I lost by 3 points in Game 3 of the finals two seasons ago due to an injury, but by the end of the season I'll need at least 4 of my top guys to be injured in the finals to lose to you regardless of whether or not you're the home team.

I spent $1.8 million on my arena expansion last season and I still have plenty of money in the bank to add pieces this season and make the playoffs in any Div III league next season.

I still wish you and everyone else good luck. As you say, injuries happen...

I knew when they added utopia teams that the prices of players would go up. We have all these new teams competing for players in the market.

In other online games with youth teams the same thing happens. It's the law of supply and demand.

You say that like we will play in the Finals. You can prove that by sitting down 4 of your top guys in the Finals.

The Rockets have some young players with a good future. I was wondering if anyone else in the Great 8 was trying to win this season.

Meert and Barney will be really solid players by the end of the season. I need one more piece inside and I should be able to at least compete in the playoffs.

Meert is ready and Barney has played too many different positions but I like their future. You will make the playoffs but you don't have enough to win a playoff game.

The champion will come from the Big 8 but I have no problem if I bot promote at 21-1.

I find it funny how people are talking about how confident they are in promoting, and nobody has played my full lineup yet.

Plus I still have 2 mil and change to spend if I want to go negative in salary, on the off chance that I'm not the most talented roster in the league.

But hey, let em talk.
