Hi,
I try an analytical approach with my team. I try to keep my players home grown and develop through the draft instead of buying a superstar player. It's given me some success other times I've been burned.
I'm going to start building up my arena this season I've been hesitant before.
I think I can assemble a team that will be productive and do Canada proud. I'll use a little bit of analytics.
All I ask is for a chance to try...

First of all thank you for joining.
It's great to see more managers in the election.
I think you would contribute on the offsite more.
I was told that and I started to contribute.
Look where I am now.
Same thing with the forums.

Putting you opinion on subjects.
For example the U21 is adding players (which is currently happening).
Voice your opinion there.

Here is the link. (http://bbcanada.forumotion.com/)

Currently on this forum, The Ht is doing training Optimization and I need people to scout the draft.
If you contribute, people give you votes.

Yeah, scouting is a big thing, because you learn what it takes to be in NT and how players need to be trained. Also, you learn how to communicate with other managers without causing any frictions and be able to convince them to train playe rproperly. On the offsite you will be able to learn a lot about tactics, especially in upcoming season

You almost had me convinced and then I read your thread about not knowing how to train OD.

It is great to have you involved but I think it is really important that you learn a bit more about the game before running for the NT job. Please let any of us know if we can help and we will certainly try and steer you in the correct direction.

All the best
