1). That is a crummy answer. We are talking about players who are already on the team not random managers. If a player on the team has not listened to you in advance, they probably don't warrant being on the team.

2). clearly people aren't listening. Perhaps you need to change your approach?

3). It's erie how similar your posting styles are. wow!

My dad isn't the difference between the U21 succeeding and failing.
It is the players.
All of the other countries have studs and we don't.
I can't help some managers who don't know a thing about BB.
What happened to this post:

pugs, we know you have talent, so show us you can take the reigns without papa and you have my vote

You said you were going to vote for me.
What happened to the guy who you wanted to vote for?
Now I am the 3rd person to vote for?

I agree the players last season were not great but nothing has changed from now compared to when Kumiko and Bballin had great success. Canada still has the same amount of users as we did then so the responsibility lies on the shoulders of the NT managers. That is the biggest part of the job that you don't see.

Anyone can set a lineup and determine which games are easy (in your words). The difficult part of the position is engaging the community and getting people excited, that is where you have failed. The U21 manager needs to be well enough liked and respected that people actually will listen and respond.

IMO this is the area that other managers have a big advantage over you.
