I don't believe that is correct. My view on it was that once you don't access your Utopia team's page as manager for 5 weeks, it will turn bot. Marin might clarify, but Utopia teams can still go bot from my understanding.

They will be manually turned to bots during the offseaason process before the promotion/demotion. This means that at that point they will be moved to DIV, which will then be consolidated to make sure people play with as little bots as possible in their respective leagues (1 or none, in practice).

EDIT: Just a bit more info: they will proceed to field the same lineups just as they do now up to that point. After botification, some players will be free transferer but it won't matter, since they'll mostly be in bot only leagues anyway.

In that case there will be some groups, which all teams is controlled by computer, in D.IV. So if there will be less lague filled by user controlled teams, can we change the promotion/demotion rules? I don't know others but I don't like to have many new teams in my league. In heaven next season we will have 6 new teams. In D.II in some leagues there will 9 new teams in a group for the next season.

This is not good for competition. some teams lose some games in the first round of their comference games and 7. and 8., especially the 8., teams give up so soon and sell player that lessens the fun we have.

Is there any chance can we change it to normal like others nations' leagues?

I did that this season. I started 1-4 so decided to focus on the Cup and training.

So far I still like the idea of more rapid movement up and down the leagues. What your complaining about happens often anyways, regardless of Normal Leagues or not.

But presumably the people left are there for the long haul so there will be less turnover in the future.
