Hmm, kind of glad I posted this thread up now
I see that it might indeed be best to just sell them, so I'm probably selling them next season and will just replace them with a bit older players that will be able to contribute even more and then promote to 1. div in my country at the end of next season. Will keep the 20 y/o since i'm training him for our NT, but other 2 guys will be sold - should get at least 2,5mill for each I guess
