KHenry. .. that is so awesome I appreciate this valuable information... That is a lot of Pops man. I'll be doing this type of training for a while now and especially with my new guys once to draft takes place... and probably continue it with my trainees I'm working out now because they'll only be 19 next season... And I also have a couple that are 20.

IF you want to prioritize training, you could aim for a 6-man rotation with 1on1 for forwards.

Select (up to) 8 players for each game, ON SF- and PF-positions you set 2 of your TO:s to starter, backup and reserve. The other positions have one player as starter and a second player as backup and reserve.
You must select "Strictly Follow Depth Chart".
By doing this, you maximize your chance of getting 48min on your TO:s. No guarantee thou, they could foul out/injure them selfs. Coach can even yank them in a blowout or when he feels like it =) But usually it works out fine.
You could let your best TO:s(preferably PG,SG or C) double as a backup+reserve in another game, utilizing his skills in more than one game a week.

If you do this, you probably need a Center that do not require training, to start your leaguegames at C-spot for you, with your (two best inside)TO:s as backup+reserve in one game each.

Optimal/Minimal roster: 2 starting Guards, 1 starting C, 6 TO:s (4 who can double as backup guards, 2 as backup C), 2 backup guards and 1 C for cup/scrimmages(all play 48min). Total: 12 players.

Happy training!
