Hello all,

Sorry that I didn't communicate that much in the last weeks. Work, family and summer activities, my internet time is quite small in this period.

Anyway, be sure that my short BB-time is dedicated to South Africa. With my personal teams, I only set line-up to manage training.

We won 2 more games. An easy one vs Al Maghrib (37783) and a close one against Tounes that gave CT (37788)

We are on the road to semi-final with Al Jazair and Misr. The 4th place will probably be a fight between Nigeria and Senegal, that were my main favourites before the tournament. It seems I should never register on a prono website, because I could lose a lot of money. :p

We have some troubles with our outside zone. 2 players are injured: Moyo Mwakangale and Mahluli Ngoma. Another one got some downs.
I would have prefered to not have seen injuries this season, but it's better to get them now than at the end of the season. The 2 players will probably be back in good game shape during second round.
Then we'll have to pray that everything will go well. Our bench is not deep at all and we need all our strengths if we want to get the title.

Next monday it will be a very good test against Misr that is very impressive. We'll get some useful informations about our chances.

Go South Africa!

Not really a crucial game, because whatever will be the result, it will not have any incidence for the future. But sure it will be a very interesting game.

Yeah, it has been a very good win. Thanks to their wrong GDP. But this game will be very useful for the future, there are interesting parameters we can analyze.

Good win today :) 10-2 for round robin is a pretty solid performance.

Hi guys,

First of all, I want to apologize I didn't communicate at all these last weeks. I had huge changes in my personal life and I don't have anymore internet free time as I had before. I have new responsabilities in my work, my family life changed too. That has been very hard to manage.
Things will be the same during the next months. I'll not be able to do a good job for South Africa NT. So next season will be my second and last season as NT coach. When I was elected, I was very motivated, be sure of this. I didn't expect at all these personal changes. Now I can't do an efficient job anymore, so that's better to quit.
According to me, it has been a lack of respect from my part, but I really couldn't do otherwise.

I hope someone will come with motivation. I saw that some new managers are in now. I'm really happy to see they are involving in the game. Maybe S.A managers could build a collective management for their NT. Anyway, you need solidarity to develop the NT. In the case one (or more) S.A manager will take in charge the NT, I'm ready to share my NT experience how much I can. In any case I'll continue training S.A players.

What about our season?

We lost in semi-final against Misr. The main reason of this lost are Game Shapes. They were awful, particularly on key players. We couldn't expect anything.
Maybe I could have set a GDP against Misr. They played Outside tactics all season long, I had a feeling they could play Inside on decisive games. Not sure we could have won it thought.

We played full TIE all season long. We were enth max. We lost 3 games. One against Al Jazair in OT because of a tactical test that weren't concluding. And 2 against Misr because of GS.

Anyway, we weren't the best team of the competition. HCA helped us to reduce the gap with top teams but it was not enough.

Newt season will be the consolation tournament. We'll try to do our best to get a new HCA. It will be very hard. Our team is getting old and the next generation is far from being ready. Senegal will be the main favourite, but if we'll get a perfect draw, who knows?

Once again, I feel very sorry for my personal situation. I feel like I betrayed my voter, but be sure it has been unintentional.

Go South Africa!
