Rebounding also adds a lot to the salary of the players. It is often wise to train this skill at the end of the training career.

In my case, my three SF trainees are at 9, 8 and 7 rebounding while having a TSP of 122, 115 and 117. I plan to raise their rebounding by 2 or 3 skill points this season. I expect a raise in salary from 33k, 27k and 34k to 40-45k which is quite a lot for 2-3 more skills if you ask me.

I'm liking the dialogue I'm seeing in this forum. It appears a lot of people have a different opinion. Here's what I know: my current SF with awful rebounding averages about 4 rebounds per game and my PF with marvelous rebounding averages about 14 rebounds per game. Either way, everyone seems to agree that strong rebounding is high enough, for now at least. So I'll probably move to inside defense. I'd like to be done with his inside skills by the end of this season. He currently has strong inside shot, strong rebounding, and prominent defense. I think I'll train inside defense until sensational then push up his inside shot a little bit.

Yeah I'm sure PF/C get more opportunities. My trainer can grab 7-10 rebounds when he plays center.

I had a SF many seasons ago when I went from Div III to Div II. He was averaging 10ish rebounds a game and he had Sensational RB. I stick by my 'personal' desire to have SF with min 12 RB.

That's my 2 cents worth.
