Again, no one called you a spy, you volunteered that really quickly. Verrrrrrrrry suspicious, if you ask me.

Question to everyone involved:

So how would the scouting frame of things be handled? Since the last 2 coaches worked hand in hand pretty much with the scouting network and Database

Our database of player skills is one of our most important tools. My plan would be much like the plan we've had in recent seasons, using our committee of trusted scouts like jkalltheway, apex, gozags, gforce, and shulty to bb-mail the owners of the prospects. I would be in charge of the whole 21s class as the manager, and help keep scouts up to date with various player builds that would fit certain players. Vital to this task, however, is the scouts. Lately, we have been low in our staff numbers, so my goal will be to try and bring more people onto the u21 scene to get them involved and potentially contribute in some way, whether it be through scouting, training, or offering tactical advice. My goal is to not only win while manager, but setting USA up for possible championships even after I'm gone, and this is the most effective way.

I have pulled my name out of the hat in support of Jkalltheway. I was adamant last season that he should run and he has finally decided to do so.

I will continue to be involved with U21 in a scouting/training role and in tactic/lineup discussions.

I once had a team with 1757 players and was $25,835,360 in debt. This is not that team. Join the Discord group open to anyone, but especially for USA managers to improve your club or get involved with the U21 and NT programs (https://discord.gg/cKpNkt2).

This is for Oreo: in your speech you said "To all the people who are tired of not being heard: I will listen to your ideas if you give them. I will welcome you if you come to me. I will help you if you ask. This is what sets me apart from my fellow candidates."

I'm just curious, but when has a manager not listened to ideas if people offered them or helped when asked? I believe any of the candidates, including the foreigner, would all do the same so how does what you said make you different?

For the others: how would you handle input from the community on tactics, team discussion, and training that would be any different than what we've had?
