That's just your opinion. This "tanker" is the biggest manager on BB, and we can all learn from him.
If you want to be the best, learn from best, or you can try to invent hot water and try your own thing, but don't teach other that way and say it is the right one, because people can see what works.

All of those skills are important, and you should not sacrifice any of them, find a balance and train them all.

If you don't want listen to champions, then you should read what BB-s say.

Ofc everybody has his own opinion about a manager quality. I know Sahand a bit more and his BB quality is really high.
If you think an average manager can win B3 4 times, why is he the only one? Aren't there lot of small countries and lot of managers with the same situation as he, they can "tank easy" as you say and do it?

I just give you the quote from BB-s and the importance of the skills, as you can see JS is in almost every position primary, if not, it's secondary, nowhere tertiary. You can't say then it is less important then HA/DR/IS because it's obviously not.

In this chase, this is not my opinion, that's what BB-s said.

PS the highest competition on NT lvl is a World Cup, not the Euro. A SG with 11 JS? It must be a joke..
Everyone have his own style of playing, some skills pref more then other, but the fact is that a JS is one of the most important skills on BB, almost primary on every position.
