The banter in the bug thread though XD

For what it's worth, I was almost spot on with how much Colombia would lose by tonight. Israel only failed to cover the spread by 2 points.

Our first game of the consolation tournament was last night as we faced the huge Serbian team, on their home floor.
(52474)

Despite our game plan to lock down the paint, we could not slow the scoring down as they poured in 102pts in a slow offense. Interestingly, it was from the PG position where a significant part of damage was done.

Our next game is against Shqieria u21, on our home floor. We also return to a viewer friendly game time, 4pm AWST.

And a final call out, to assist our u21 team in management, strategy, discussion, scouting, or in whatever way you can to help us become great. The offsite forum sirte is http://buzzerbeateraustrali.freeforums.net/ and we welcome australians interested in our NT programs.

MVPs
3 votes- Davidson (19pts, 5 rebs, 3 long bombs and injured his opponent)
2 votes- Biglands (12pts, 10 boards, stayed out of foul trouble)
1 votes- Murray (16pts, 6-7 shooting off the bench. This efficiency kept us well and truly in the game)

Mvps vs Barbados
3- Pepper
2- Biglands
1- Eastwood

Apologies in the SF position, i obviously did not set the lineup correctly. Garstin got the extra minutes.

We are close to cracking into the top 32 playoff spots. I think we can do some damage in this tournament. Training has been very productive this last month.

Had a defeat tonight but it wasn't without planning, scouting, tactics and strategy!
(52652)
A bit surprised to go down by 15 but we were overrun.

MVPs
3- Davidson- wow he has just accelerated in his development and what an asset.
2- Murray had a good game despite his low FG%, with 6 dimes.
1- Pepper with his 8pts gets the nod off the bench.

This loss hurts our chances of a final 32 unfortunately. Final game will be another tough one so lets get a team full of proficient and dominate it!

Unfortunate campaign as a whole for us. The talent was clearly there but the draw and the results we needed to swing the other way were not. I don't think the result is indicative of what we can expect from these players when they make the senior NT, and I'm not just saying about because of Laga'aia, the corresponding draft class as a whole was one of our better ones, though perhaps lacking in pure bigs...

I agree and was disappointed with our campaign this season in all honesty. We had the depth innguards and SF to do really well. Its a shame that our mismatches didnt expose our opponents though? The bigs were often undersized against opponents and it led to key losses. Not that we had bad bigs, but we didnt have proper depth, especially when martin or biglands dropped in shape.

Our final game of the tournament was against Belgium. We lost by 4 points in a close battle.

MVPs-
3- Garstin- great performance
2- Davidson- Nice double double from Mr offense
1- Farmer- took a lot of shots, but put up some good numbers including 4 steals.

We are now in offseason, so ill be stripping down the team shortly and adding our next generation of players. We have a little friendly tournament organised with some other nations to keep the enjoyment over the following weeks.
