Yeah, I've been around quite a while but its rare to see the forum actually used.

I have seen a lot of teams come and go with various styles. It seems to be quite a good strategy to have some solid backups even if it means some of your starters have to be slightly less skilled. My salary is really bloated now as I trained up 8 of the 10 main players on my team but I used to have one of the lowest team salaries around here.

Holy cow an active forum! Hello everyone! Yeah, I know my non-guard roster is aging. I have a couple mil to fix that, but at 0-4, I'm not sure that it will be worth it to spend the money now or just wait until next season and promote again.

You should do fine. Illiniwek, Wasco, and the Wolf Dogs are the 3 remaining playoff teams from last season and Cascade dropped from Div II. You just had a rough introduction into Div III. You need to take care of business vs the rest of the conference and play strong vs the Great 8 to finish up 4 or 5 (assuming someone doesn't get hosed or sell off the roster).
