I made a small check, and I found that, for every player who had a popup this week, when there is another player trained with the same skill (that is presumably higher) this is listed before when ordered by that skill. I train 1vs1 and have 3 such examples

I see can happen that a player who just popped up has better decimals than another who popped before and is getting training and has the same skill, but it's a very low chance

maybe gathering some data for many players and many weeks can help? If we find several just popped listed before the others then the assumption of this thread is wrong, otherwise it could be true

and if it is ... don't think the developers are able to fix it and hide the decimals again :-)

The following is the order sorted by a skill on 2020/01/10. Player A, B, and C have the same skill level, and player D, E, F, G, H, and I have the same skill level.

Today(2020/02/26), their skill level do not change, but the order change. The order of A, B, C are the same, and the order of D, E, F, G, H, I is shown below.

I guess it is sorted by best position.

You're right. It can't prove that it is not sorted by sub-level.
If player I's best position change from SG to PF or C, then it will prove something. But I think it is difficult for player I.

On 2020/03/02, I bought player J and K as the reference. They have never been trained. The following is the order sorted by a skill on 2020/03/05.

Today (2020/04/03), the best position of player I changes from SG to PF. The following is the order.

player I, 21 y.o., PF

It implies that it is not sorted by sub-level.
