Change the whole system? Clearly you're unneducated in technical terms as well, changing the timer should be as simple as changing a line of code in BB, 'should be' because I don't have access to BB code, but don't make this simple tiny change seem like a monster problem, lmao.

Lastly the vast MAJORITY of BB users will employ bid time wasting tactics and will try to save the amount of money they put in their bids to the maximum. Think what I'm saying is anecdotal evidence? Why don't you go and see for yourself, get into a bid war, employ a time tactic in order to tire out or discourage the opp and try to minimize the amount of money you invest into the bid, check how much time you're going to waste normally.

Hint: If we're talking about a player whose real value is 1M and his bid is at 500k check how much time you're going to waste.

Whatever change BB goes through it's inherent that the code is going to be changed as well. There's no changing BB without changing it's code, be it front-end, backend or serverside.

Changing the timer for bids should be as simple as changing the variable fixed time for bids to expire (3 minutes as of now).

Altough I agree with your suggestion you have to take into account that 90% of BB users will try to save every penny they can everywhere, especially in bids. While your suggestion seems good it would be detrimental for the economy of many teams who haven't saved millions.

Changing the timer to 60 or 90 seconds should do the job more than enough and it's such a simple change.

How can you not care about the code since a change on the timer is a change on the code? I'm talking about the difficulties of it and how you would implement it in real life, which you're completely disregarding

Reducing the timer to 60/90 seconds would actually be beneficial to the game instead of sitting 3 minutes and wondering when the other guy is going to put up a bid.

90% of the userbase in BB doesn't have millions acumulated sitting in their bank, 90% of the userbase in BB will try to save any and EVERY penny in bids by bidding the minimum possible.
