First place in the league

How does this draft thingy work? Even if I do not end in last place I can get better MVP's/HoF's than last places? lol

If that's the case I'm going to start using draft points in every season, can someone ELI5 me here

Sir... You were in a league where half of the Teams are Bots... 8/16... and we Know that bots teams pick by what they randomly assigned list... and you among other all Human owned Teams Drafted 2nd...

How's your Draft in Seasons 51 and 52... Sir? You are also on a high priority on those seasons.. Did you also used Scouting points on those Seasons and what Draftees did you get...

With that Observation... you can make your own conclusion... and Decide for yourself if you'd really get those 5 Star Ball Potential and 5 Ball Rating Prospects every Season... coz it still has a higher chance of being an MVP Potential than being a Hall of Famer.

If you'd you really are pumped to prioritize Drafts Picks... pay close attention on your Economy and go for 4 Points per Week Scouting Points Option... My experience with that is... 4 Scouting Points per Season collection for that Season's Draft is not enough to find me 4 good Prospects... and worse to secure my Top 3 Picks.

If that's the case I'm going to start using draft points in every season, can someone ELI5 me here :/ :/

I have always gotten atleast an MVP if I finish last in the league and invest into the draft, my main doubt here is:

- It's not needed to finish last in draft if you can invest some points into draft EVEN if you finish above 5th place?

As evidenced by the teams I've referred, last link the guy played in a full human league, finished 1st and got a 18y/o Hall Of Fame lol!

I have not used draft points this season, if you pay attention i have referenced a friend of mine who ended last in the league purposefully and invested in the draft getting only a superstar player 5/5, while many users who have finished 1st / 4th got MVP/HoF players

Will this make useless the strategy of going last in the league on purpose in order to get first picks if even 1st placed players can get HoF or MvP's regularly??
Is it worth it for a competitive team to invest into the draft even if they finish top of the league? Like getting MVP or HoF players with regularity?

These are my main doubts sir, thank you once again

So If we are sure that your community as a whole has a Good Project of investing for U21 and National Team players... The Result from your Friend's Draft gives us a Clue that... if 70+ Scouting Point sometimes fails in looking for a Top Prospect... how much more is the 56 Scouting Points? Or Probably the League where your Friend's team came from was not that fully invested in Drafting... Or it's just a result of the collection of randomness off all the teams involved.

Tbh B+ guys usually have under 50 TSP so not super surprising. Sucks to spend that many points for a garbage guy though so my condolences

Under 50... ok. But that does not mean it has to be 40. How many TSP can I expect from a C- guy? 15?

I think bots should be assigned automatically a list of draftees that has 1 ball prospects at the top and 5 balls at the bottom. It is frustrating to see A+, 5 ball potential, 18yos prospects getting drafted by a bot after spending user money on it. And I'm not talking about me specifically, although of course I was affected by this, but about the game in general. There is so much potential lost, and while it happens in reality these are things that the game can control. If I had lost a good prospect to a human user I'd be okay, but to lose these to bots... It really bugs me

Okay I understand that, but if you take a close look MANY teams that have finished 4th to 1st place in their championship got MVP/HoF 18/19year olds. Just check the reply above you guy finished 1st and got one as well. Besides the examples I placed I just looked at 2 teams and another 5 teams and all of them got super good players!!

If draft is a question of probability why then the first picking team only got a superstar player ? I get it is luck. But when the luck starts to be something general across BB maybe it is not luck anymore?

If so then what it is? Players in their respective championships not investing into draft so if the 1st placed team invests some points the probability of getting a good player is high? Is this a valid strategy nowadays?
