Personally i couldn't care less wether other people could see the levels of my players never mind staff. Because at the end of the day what are they going todo about my players levels? They are what they have to play against regardless of skills. And team rating are the important thing when it comes to beating a rival not individual skills of players so it would make no difference what-so-ever.

Yeah exactly. Why not! Would make it easier for the NT and U21 managers to scout also.

Well maybe not, but again no matter what the players a team has it's the tactics and team ratings that matter when it comes to the game!
