We could do it on a case by case basis based purely on user complaints, but I'm not sure that is a precedent we would want to create. Given that a) we have no way of verifying what any particular user is saying b) we would only be helping those users who came forward to complain.
Everybody stop whining. It is not nice, but it's not like they wanted this to happen. So this week didn't go all that well, tough.... seriously, look at it from a neutral perspective. It is just a game, get over it.
