I found that i got this error when doing this things :
1. when i click 'search' in staff recruitment, and if succeed processing then when i click 'bid'
2. when i bid players
3. when i click new unread message in forums

last time i succeed bidding marketing manager is bidding with much higher price (people bid 4000 then i bid 300000)..

up until now i still have this runtime error...

I'm having this problem so something really annoying. It must be an urgent solution and not only on this issue because we are almost on each tab.
