Staff system is easy imo. It's not like a trainer will pop and have a deadline the next day. You can search for staff excel them up for 3 day span. If you do not get the one you want you add the next 3 day ones to your excel. Staff system is not the thing to take supporter for. Players TL is the thing you have problems with because the amount of players sold is huge. If you have some speciality you want from a specific staff ofcourse it's hard or too expensive to get it. There are prolly some other people aswell who wait for just that. I think there is not much of a difference with players TL extraordinary players go for a lot of money. Good players (just like staff with no speciality) go for less.

i see, its not a big advantage, i have no excel but maybe i should buy it...
