My idea is that a farm team=your only purpose is to train players for your NT, and don't care what are the consequences on their team.

what is when you have fun to build the strongest player then possible, should that to be forbidden also?

Like i said before, i have a lot of contact to player who build nt players and they have fun with it, and that the target of a game. Such an team like the link in the first post, don't punish any other player.

I suggest that every GM(in his own country) will check once a week if there's any player in the NT that's in a farm team, and ban the farm team+delete the player from the DB(or just don't let them be a FA

Mmh so what is exactly an famr, you even can not say it ;) If the linked team from me a farm? At which point you become a farm?

What is with players who like to make an restart, and sell they player and maybe like to attack at a later point - maybe with their favorite player or a genious player?

Why is farming is allowed, when the player ain't in the NT?

If the team is not an additional account and the managers likes to grow NT players then why not. The problem is that these farm teams might be NT coaches additional account or any manager who is active in some sort of NT program. It's hard to catch them though, because the more experienced manager can prolly avoid making mistakes what could get him banned for multimanaging...

Why not? you're not a BB so don't rule out things that are over your head...

Let's just say that I have a good idea that this wont be implemented.

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

I think there isn't a great problem about farm teams, because I don't think a similar type of team could support the salary of a Dragomir or Ikstens(or Fanesi next season),but every type of control about it will be always good

Maybe you have a good idea, but that doesn't mean you can decide what will be implanted and what wont.

I think this is a type of "problem" that can't be solved with new laws...

I really think the BB staff shuold consider a type of salary cap per NT. It will definatly motivate "smarter" trainning...

but this will lead to more farm teams, because nowadays you could triain nt players and keep succesfull - with a cap they have to train a lot out of position.

I dont agree...

When you'll train multiposition and avoid the high salary there won't be any need for farm teams...

Actually, we are already training players out of position for side skills that we want that are not included under the positional training we get. It's become something of a challenge for us to train in such a manner yet maintain our performance in matches to continue winning, it's a constant juggling act. So that move won't lead to more farm teams than there are now.

LA-Shay, I do note the problem of farm teams in that once they get numerous enough, all the NT players will eventually be playing in one if they are to have a hope to qualifying for the NT in the first place. Which deprives regular performance based teams hopes of having such a player.

But the dilemma is, while you have identified a problem, an acceptable solution has yet to be presented.

so you are thinking that an team who plays his center at PG to train him Passing single position will be no Farm, and we don't talk about an single week?

PS: But i like to see the world, where NT say you are to good to play in the nationalteam :)
