In France, many users complain because the U21 coach doesn't make analyses before and after the matches. Here when sum_41 make ones, nobody react.

now this is something typical you'll see returning everywhere.

when all is good, nobody says a thing, when they are not satisfied, they complaint.

With this knowledge, we can safely asume that as long as nobody complaints, everyone is happy. ;)

It's very hard to increase the popularity of NT/U21 teams. The communication about the NT/U21 is mainly done via the forums. A large part of the community doesn't even look at the forums of their country.

Belgium had a very unfortunate start, with bad coaches who turned bot etc etc. They missed a few seasons, and now it's very hard to catch up with the other countries.

Even in Holland, where we had great dedicated coaches since the start of the NTs, there is only a small part of our users that actively follows the NT/U21. This is because not all managers are watching the forums, and not all forum watchers are interested in the NT/U21.

Our U21 team is a serious contester for the EC title this season, after winning the consolation tournament last season. So I hope this will increase the popularity of the teams, but still it's hard.
