of course it is. whatever the oppnents offence, they will score easy points in 5 seconds in numerous occasions. the frequency of your teams failure to run back should be about its quality.

Noooot! If your opponents offensive flow is very low, you can do 30 steals in one game, using FCP.

wat if i have \bad handling/passing skills and the opponent has pitiful offensive flow??

My last league game was against a team which used full court defense. I turned the ball over a lot, had a terrible first quarter..despite the turnovers, I only lost by ten points, with a better offensive and possible launching 3 point shots from all over the court, I might have come away with the win.
