Nowadays, having a player in NT is just for pride. We see a lot of managers having very promising players stop the training because of the salary. And now, farm teams are appearing and "true" teams cannot afford and compete with these teams.
If the BBs don't care about farm teams, ok, there is no need of salary help for international players. But very soon there won't be any manager that will try to train for NT because there is no advantage at all.

i don't believe that an finacial award will make this situation better, maybe a NT becomes again wotrthy but you don't have just NT players - you will also have a long time in training them to this level and you pay also salary for this.

In the german Bundesliga there are 4 100k+ Centers, and as a owner of one of them i could pay his paycheck. For the training, the most switched to guard training because the salary raise is very high and an additional Skillup in the inside cost 15k so probadly this isn't a system for the future - but for this it gives economical change which could make it possible to pay very high salarys in competive leagues with an competive Team.

Top Teams can afford top players, that's the way BB is designed, others can't. Top teams right now can have a roster of 550k-600k salary, so they do have the salary space to have 1 or 2 awesome NT players in their starting lineup.

Since BB is still looking for it's equilibrum, thus still involving, I expect (certainly with the new merchandise changes) that top BB teams will be able to support an even larger team salary in the next few seasons.

Apart from this, farm teams will still exist and won't dissappear, just as in HT. Compensate teams who got NT players with a salary refund, will just lead to more powerfull farm teams, since they can pay the player more weeks, thus the farm team will go bankrupt later. I don't think such a compensation will lead to more NT players at more 'normal' topteams.

In BB it's just impossible to keep a 250k player for several seasons in the D3 or lower, so farm teams here are less effective than in HT.

Another thing is that there will be merchandise changes in the future which effect players in NTs

I know that it has been announced that additional merchandise revenue...but it really would be nice if they would give us a guideline as to how much increased revenue this will be.
Is it going to be an additional $1-2K per week? or $10-20K per week?

And basically on ALL changes it would be nice to have an idea how big/small the changes will be.

that would be lot more, depending on the quality of the league.

Exact numbers i can not give you, and i believe the BB didn't know it yet too ;) But they will depend somekind on the average salarys from your league.

and this is the point why I wont ever agree with salary refunds for NT players as my HT team is a farm I know very well that refund is just a huge help for farm teams instead of ruing their life.

I only would agree with a lot bigger boost in experience grow for players playing in NT teams.

Still. There are already plenty of farm teams... I'm sure you know in which countries as well... So far that practice seems to work in BB just as welll as in HT

I say that farm teams should be banned. Period.

NT players in HT are fed by a cash vault -- no-one expects to make enough money on a weekly basis to pay their salaries.

This is quite possible in BB as well -- 7.5 million will feed a 250k player for 3 seasons, and a lot of teams can raise this type of cash by selling out their current rosters.

Still real farm teams like in HT just can't exist in BB. In HT it doens't matter if your player plays 180 minutes or 90 minutes, in BB you can't let a 250k player play 2 full games a week in a farm team. There are no decent backups so that player will make 90+ minutes per week, which leads to a massive GS drop. The Farm team needs to log in a lot more often than in HT, and even when he logs in it's tough to keep the farmed player at a decent shape.

But ok I indeed kind of underestimated the financial part.

even in HT you don't play your farmed player twice a week, becuase of the injuries.

Farming means to make compromisses on succews, for the optional development of a player. In my case that means that my 130k center plays often as a guard and just one game as a back up in the biog guy position.
