Incidentally, this guy has the 2nd highest salary in the world of 18yo's.

Behind this unbelievably priced Lietuvan guy at $8700. (22848672). Of course, he only sold for 312k, which tells you something about how much potential matters on the TL, and something about how poor salaries (and therefore "balls" in the draft scouting) are as indicators of quality (edit: of 18yo draftees).
