True the offsite hasn't made oriole as successful as you are but the offsite is very important in involving the community. The NT manager practically runs the offsite, it would be odd for a guy who joined a cpl of weeks ago to suddenly be one of the guys in charge.Namssor has been much more involved, so the transition would be smoother. That being said, you are one of the better/best managers in all of BB so it's still a tough choice.

@Jason, sometimes it is about who you know. Regardless of the outcome of the election I know you are going to be involved and I hope that you use your connections to still try and make this happen regardless.

I understand that...but keep in mind, such a transition is not difficult for me to do. Its not like I am not involved in the community, or not participating in things similar to the site...It would be very natural for me to settle into that role...also, its not like Jfarb is going away, or any of the people who are currently involved. I could see it as a bigger deal if everyone on the staff now were booted out and I had to come in, take over, and set up a whole new team. It's not like that at all...Also, most of the people involved, are people I already know and speak to on a regular basis.

To all the candidates: If you had 110 skill points to assign to a player (excluding free throw and stamina), how would you allocate them to best suit our team’s needs?

I believe that's 110. I obviously went the C/PF route. Granted, this is more fantasy than anything because this dude would be like $500k in salary and no one could own him for more than a few weeks at a time, but it sure would be lovely to have someone like this on our NT. I like my starting Centers to be well-rounded and think a lot of JS, OD, and PA couldn't hurt! Did I pass the test?

It's a lineup term that entails leaving all positions blank of names and letting the coach decide. It has a lot of discussion in itself because it has a lot of plusses and minuses, but was used in this seasons games a couple times by the US.

Boy, lots of directions to go here...Here is where one of my trainees is heading:

JS: 15 JR 8
OD: 20 HA 15
DR: 15 PA 15
IS: 9 ID 5
RB: 3 SB 5

110 points. He's being groomed for my Look Inside attack that I run. Only 125K too, so very affordable.
