Buzzer-manager could disappear. Personally I think its an excellent idea regardless of buzzer manager.

Just a minor suggestion: Training bonus (say 10%)

It's a preset from BB, a season consists of approx 14 weeks, so similar to TV games stuff, there will be 3 weeks to have training bonus. The following is just an example:
26 Feb 2016: Training Bonus for 1 on 1 training in this week
18 Mar 2016: Training Bonus for Reb training in this week
22 Apr 2016: Training Bonus for OD training in this week

This would give the managers to choose the bonus or not. Maybe managers give up training bonus as there are 3 tough games in that week. Three different types of training will be randomly selected by BB server, one is outside skill (OD, JR, PA, HN), one is inside skill (IS, ID, Reb, SB) and another one is general (JS, DR, Stamina, FT).

Just a minor suggestion: NT Hall of Fame Enshrinement on the NT Pages of clubs, to give definitions of the players.

I have a minor suggestion: Charity games ...

Similar to scrimmages, the charity games could be held every Thursday. However, the rule is different from scrimmages.

Scrimmages: You could select the opponent, home or away, set the tactics and choose the players.

Charity games: You cannot select the opponent, cannot set the tactics and at neutral arena. However, you could select the players. The games will mix the players from both teams, only one or two players from each team could play at fixed position (for training purpose).

Such charity games could affect the game shape as minutes are easily out of control, but could boost the merchadising income.

Just a tiny suggestion: Potential may grow up with training as time goes on (or drop as time flies)

Just like in reality, OJ Mayo was MVP in NCAA, but didnt even become a star in NBA. I think training is an important attribute, so his potential was revised from MVP to star around the age of 24.

Another example is Gilbert Arena, who was good in NCAA but not many people expected him to become a superstar in NBA. Once he was picked by GSW, he became a MVP for his team in several seasons.

Make it simple: Training makes the different in this game. Potential could change if players are being trained almost to the cap. BB could review or update the potential during new season.

BuzzerBeater's Best should have a page that keeps track of player stats and records like regular leagues do.

As a newer manager... I found it quite difficult to purchase a trainer. It took me many attempts and over a week. Reading around a bit I saw that the arenas used to be smaller but then had their capacity increased for new managers.
I thought of maybe 2 solutions that could be used and wondered what anyone thought.

Suggestion 1: have a separate staff market only accessible for within the 1st week of a new team being created where you only have to outbid other new managers for staff.

Suggestion 2: have an option like the "what level competition do you want" but have it geared towards having higher starting staff at the expensive of lower initial profits due to increased salary costs.

What do you guys think?
