Hey coach! Welcome sa BB! I am the National Team manager currently. Sorry nasa camping kasi ako with my daughter this past two days kaya goodbye BB for a few days haha!

Anyways, inactive na nga ung discord. We have an fb group dun mas active naman dun. I think mas sanay din kasi pinoy managers sa fb kesa sa other tool like discord kaya mukhang mas okay dun. PM ka lang sakin if you want to join the group. Kung gusto mo magpamentor pili ka lang din hehe! Both coach pro shot & ob1 are very knowledgable sa game. Pwede din naman ako hehe! Oo nga po, bombarded nga agad ako ng meaningfull infos at suggestions nung nagposta ako... which is very much appreciated!

nag hahanap po ako ng data or tools para sana ma plano ang future training ng players na makukuha ko sana sa draft.. as of now dun angn focus ko... keeping in mind the Salary Cap/ Soft Cap or whatever cap it is that will limit the Training sessions per Players Potential. Deadlinks and malamang outdated infos na po yung nakapost sa Forums...

You can PM me your FB name and I will add you to the group. Currently we have a growing and active community there so more people can give you sage advice on how to grow and survive BB.

Use the Salary Management tool in Buzzer Manager to get an estimate of how good your player can be. Post it on the group chat to get advice on what type of build is advisable for your trainees. See you there. :)

oo nga sir Ob1, mejo nakakalito yung salary Cap at Soft Cap, may hard Cap pa.. hahaha
mejo may nagbasa-basa din ako tungkol jan... Factor din yung Level ng Trainer, will try to buy a cheap Advance or above na Trainers na mura ang sweldo.. may nakikita akong mga Exceptional na 16K lang weekly.. hindi naman ako nagmamadali.. tyagain ko na lang mag hintay.

Yea that is the key sa game na to. Patience patience patience. Try try kna din magtrain ngaun para pagdating next season may idea kna talaga pano nagwowork ang training.

Yes sir, pero kelangan ko po na palaruin ang trainee ko ng atleast 48 minutes.

meron po akong 19 Y/o Bigman, 21 & 23 y/o Guards prospects. Sa League games lang po ba counted kinukuha yung required training minutes... sa Vup at Scrimmages hindi? thanks.

dinownload ko din po yung Training Simulator Spreedsheet and I am trying to familiarize myself with it...

accouding to it yung 19 y/o na gusto ko itrain.. if itrain ko according sa guide ng thread..
Bigmen trains ID first to 13.

Having ID of 6 will finish with 11.42 (+elastic effects on other skills ) this season. mejo matagal nga po pala humahin ang players dito.. probably will need another player or two to train kasabay nya para mamaximize ang Sched in same Position.

or should I change the training regimen after popup ng ID to 8 sa IS or if magpangabot na po sila? just to balance things out... any suggestions po?

Welcome sa BB at Division III.2 Coach Bro Khen (</3),

Arena. Sikaping mai-expand ang arena hanngat maaari. Ideally, 15k in Capacity for Div. III teams. At dahil new team ka pa lamang, mas malaki ang maaari mong kitaan sa loob ng isang linggo 100k - 200k. Dahil ito sa exclusion ng new teams sa salary cap until 24 weeks. Click Economy sa menu para makita mo kung kailan matatapos ang iyong 24 week salary cap exclusion.

Scrimmages. Since laglag na ang iyong team sa National Tournament, mag-aya o tumanggap ka ng scrims (practice match/game) para mai-maximize mo ang pagti-train ng iyong mga manlalaro.

VS bot. Always use "Take it easy" sa Enthusiasm para mas mapanatiling mataas ang "freshness" ng iyong mga manlalaro.

Training. Sabi nga ni NT-PR Pro Shot, at least 48 mins per weeks as suma-tutal na playing minutes ng isang player sa designated training position. PAALALA: Depende sa edad, at tangkad ng isang manlalaro ang bilis ng pagtaas ng antas ng napiling "skill".

Sana mag-stay ka. Dami laging new teams sa Div. III.2 pero humitinto rin sila agad sa paglalaro. Halos hindi sila nakakatapos ng isang season.

P.S.

Nasa sa iyo na kung ano ang gagawin mong diskarte sa training. Kung ano ang nais mong hubuging skill.
