haha! joke lang yun na may 15 enthusiasm ako.. ambaba ng enthusiasm ko ngayon season kaya siguro ang dami kong talo. pero sa totoo, namamaintain ko ng 12-13 enthu ko last season. umaabot siya ng 15 pero pagdating ng game time bababa na siya sa 13-12. so yun

Ano mas mabilis? Halimbawa nagtraining ka sa isang position lang.

Isang player na 96 minutes sa isang week nilaro,

Or dalawang players na tig 48 minutes?

Mas kaunti yun taong nitrain mo kapag isang player lang pinalaro mo sa position na yun kaya bibilis ba yun training? O mas sulit yun dalawang tao itrain mo?

no diff kung mapa 48 or 96. 48 is the max minutes of training. anything more than 48 is useless. 96 minutes overtrained pa yan meaning pangit game shape.

hindi pasok sa training ang player na may 96 minutes ang total playing time. ang preffered total playing miuntes sa player sa buong week ay between 48-90 minutes. kapag sumobra, hindi na sya makakatanggap ng training dahil pagod na. kung below 48 minutes, ay may possibility na makapasok sa training pero konti lang ang mag iimprove sa kanya.

Players should ideally get 48 minutes per week, or one full game, in order to get the maximum benefit from their training. If they play more than 48 minutes, this is not a problem. If players play under 48 minutes, they will still improve, but less quickly than they would if they got more playing time.

Yan yung nasa rules. Weekly playing time over 48 minutes ay considered as full training (masking 144 minutes pa yan). Anything less than 48 minutes ay considered as partial training - pero hindi linear ang relationship. Target mo talaga 48 minutes or more doon sa position you want to train. Avoid too much minutes kasi masama sa game shape.

Players who do not play much each week tend to lose focus and their Game Shape will be sloppy. Players who play too much in a week will get tired and their Game Shape will also be low-quality. These changes are gradual, and will build up over a few weeks' time. If you have three games in a week, you should consider rotating your players unless all three games are really important, because it will hurt your players ability to play the next few weeks. However, Game Shape is an indication of how sharp the player looked in practice and therefore how well he will be expected to play in a game; it is not an indicator of how effective his training sessions were.

may training parin ang 96 minutes kaso ang problema don, bababa yung game shape niya at counted as "full" training

"full" training is 48 mins
