I am reading.

I agree with the potential issue. My first three trainees were starter, allstar and an old perennial allstar so only the allstar Daisaku Kawaida has turned into anything useful. I upgraded to two allstars (Kawaida and Noritada Konoe) and a younger and better perennial allstar Atsuyoshi Kyubei but the best move was when I finally got a good superstar in Takayoshi Kawagichi. He is the player who can help me compete in the JBBL although I do have a plan to still make Kawaida and Konoe useful.

Very few good big man trainers around here, probably less than 5 so it is a big issue.

I will keep my eye on the list for FAs, and I will tell the community as much as I can about the prospects and importance of players that fall there.


Have a look right now. I don't think normal users are allowed to advertise but the NT coach is.

There is a rebounding Ronin for sale now but his potential is low.

PS: The team looks so bad right now I can't tell who are free agent saves and who are real players. Exceptions for Yasujiro, Honda and Horiguchi.

One thing that is funny, and maybe a bit sad, or maybe it is good, is that so many of the team are trained by locals and drafted by the same few teams.

Top 10 Players
Atsuhiro Horiguchi - foreign.
Kouzo Yasujiro - Swoosh
Hideyuki Honda - drafted by FCTB trained by Baikinman
Nozomu Akashi - original player of and trained by Kokubunji Dodoscos
Katsurou Matsumoto - foreign.
Yuusuke Tsunami - drafted and trained by FCTB
Yoshiaki Amori - drafted and trained by Kokubunji Dodoscos
Taira Kentaro - drafted and trained by Baikinman
Yasushi Yokoyama - drafted and trained for 1 season by Kyoto Shogun then trained by a Nippon team in Serbia - serious have a look.
Eita Wakatsuki - trained by Terry Bogard

So 7/10 are trained locally and YY was half trained locally.
